Why is it so much fun? Remember your first time at a hotel? The sheets were a little cooler than at home, and a little smoother. The soap came in paper wrappers. The towels were fluffier. Maybe the hotel’s name was embroidered on them. Maybe lights from passing cars shone through the window onto the ceiling, like the calming light from a lighthouse. That feeling never really disappears. You can get fed up with most things, but why is it so much fun to eat in a restaurant, sleep in another bed and wake up away from home?
Find out this weekend.
